Questions
Is it really free? What's the catch?
There's no paid tier, no ads, and no selling of data. It runs as a static website, so it costs almost nothing to host. It's a side project built for hosts who were tired of stitching three apps together.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Your parties are saved in your browser, and co-planners and guests never need an account. If you plan on more than one device, you can optionally sign in with Google to keep your parties everywhere. Export a backup file or CSV anytime.
Can my partner / mom / co-host help plan?
Yes. Click Share and send them the co-planner link. They pick their name and see the same binder, synced live. They can vote on the date, venue and food, and take tasks. No account needed.
How does deciding the date and venue work?
Anyone planning can suggest options. Everyone votes Yes, Maybe or No, and you can see who hasn't voted yet. When you're happy, lock one in: the party date, location, budget and menu update automatically, and your checklist moves with the date.
Do guests need an app to RSVP?
No. Guests open your RSVP link in any browser, say yes, maybe or no, and add allergies. If the date isn't decided yet, you can let guests vote on dates with the same link.
Does it send invitations?
You write a short invitation message and copy it with your RSVP link into a text, group chat or email. Guests reply online and it lands in your list. Using another invite app? Track RSVPs here by hand. That works too.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It's a website that works on any phone, tablet or computer. On a phone you can "Add to Home Screen" to use it like an app.
